JOB SUMMARY
This role will be assisting the Nurse Practitioner Process Trainers of various task to ensure NP are assessment ready to see members in the field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with development of PowerPoints of NP accuracy
- Providing queries feedback to NPs- coaching
- Assist with creating content newsletters for NPs.
- Assist with Escalations until transition to Offshore.
- Assist in answering documentation questions related to coding.
- Communicate with Admin team member of those NPs that did not attend the de-brief and make sure the next invite is shared with NPs.
- Onboarding follow up: calling the NPs to touch-base to see how things are going.
- Facilitate pilot requested by the trainers.
- Practice project: conducting TH live assessment with the Nurse Practitioner one to one assessment.
- Medical assistant pre-visit prep
- Pilot creation for leadership
- Assist Manager with SOP Creation/documentation.
- Conduct NP interviews daily.
- Review resume along with initial interview from HR (de-brief)
- Must be camera facing (presenting in a professional manner on camera during interview).
- Open the Teams invite 5-10 minutes early awaiting NP to join.
- While waiting and NP fails to join after 10 minutes, try calling them to see if they will be able to join.
- If unable to contact NP, leave a message and reply to HR, NP was a no show.
- During the interview as you're asking questions, you must also take notes of the answers NP is providing.
- All interviews conducted each day must be submitted 2x per day back to HR with the excel of questions and answers along with based on the interview would they bring them on board.
- Additional task as required from the Quality Manager.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years training experience, preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Risk adjustment coding both commercial and Medicare.
- CPC or CRC credential required. Would also consider RN, LPN with coding background.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
