About Luna
Physical therapy is powerful—for developing strength, managing emerging conditions, or recovering from surgery. But it’s challenging for physical therapy to make a significant clinical impact because therapists and patients are worn out. Through technology and innovation, Luna makes it easier to give and receive care. Driving faster recoveries for lasting health in an industry long overdue for change, Luna is reimagining the physical therapy experience for all.
The Clinical Success team primarily manages Therapist Performance for a large network of Therapists on the platform. This includes utilization management to ensure that patients receive the appropriate care within clinical guidelines, as well as managing the Therapist Reputation System, therapist engagement in Clinical Products, and the offboarding process for poor therapist behavior. The team also supports positive therapist behavior as defined by Clinical Quality and Compliance needs.
